As a thank you to my secret santa, I offered to recreate one of her drawings. So, without further adieu, I give you my version of Naria, originally drawn by SuperFlandreBros!

Oh my god. I love it!! :D Now to the serious parts.

Let's focus first on the redesign. I love what you did with her clothes! I think this is one of my favorite renditions of Naria from a DESIGN standpoint. There's a lot that stands out, but the most is the gold accessories, they are very detailed and well implemented/balanced out. The shoes are a nice touch too. She doesn't care for them, but I think she'd appreciate the thought! I really like that cape there and I was actually thinking of redesigning her in the future. This does look like an older version of Naria, which is a neutral point. (She's 11/12 at the start of my story.) You did good on that front, so pat yourself on the back. And you got her bangs right. :icongoldstarplz:

Anatomy wise, there's a bit to be desired. The eyes do not look proportionate. A general rule of thumb would be that you could fit a one eye between your two eyes. This is clearly not the case (Not to mention the eyelashes sticking out of the head, but that's a personal pet peeve, nothing against you.) I can tell that this is a chibi due to the proportions, so if that was the effect, good job! (Chibi's are generally 3-4 heads high!) And the leg pose is entirely possible to do when floating. Also you forgot ears. Just sayin'. I really like the effect you did with the card, it looks like it too a bit of time to do!
The hands and arms are a bit wonky, though. You should give some more indication that she's tilting her torso. I'll sketch an example later. :P

Coloring wise, I like that the color scheme here. But you seem to not have a defined light source, and that's not okay. Shading is all over the place. How many colored pencils do you have? Because the colors you do shade with are just pressing down harder on the colored pencil. You need to apply the base color lighter for that to work, hon (EX: Press lighter), because it's hard to see your shading.  I really like the smooth lines on the inkwork, you have a steady hand, unlike myself. (Why I don't do traditional work anymore.)Learn to go outside your comfort zone. (EX Using brown to shade yellow, Dark blue to shade purple, etc.). You may surprise yourself. Here's a tutorial to get you started! :3 How I See Color - A Tutorial by purplekecleon

But yeah. Enough rambling. This comment is already long enough. I hope you'll take some of this to heart, and I'm sorry if I come across as harsh, but you have potential. Just polish it a little more! :D
